Research

Since 2003, Annika Sundbom has used interviews, film, and thermal imaging to study how resolving inner conflicts and improving communication enhances emotional and physical well-being. Though she lacks a PhD, her curiosity and meticulousness have driven significant findings.

In 2016, Uppsala University Professor Isak Svensson introduced her to peace researcher Dr. Mathilda Lindgren. Dr. Lindgren subsequently left her university post to join Sundbom’s leadership center in Sollefteå. Her two-year study of Sundbom's work culminated in the 2019 report,

"The Conscious Responsible Leadership - A Report About A Way of Leading for Long-Term Development 2019"  ( A link to the same report in Swedish)

That same year, they presented their findings to 16 UN member countries and their ambassadors in New York, delivering a core message:"Peace and inclusive communities are possible everywhere through consciousness and responsibility."
